  RMG Stone Products is proud to announce our NEW Mountain Plum? Slate. Offered in 1 1/4" thickness for kitchen and bath countertops, back splashes and sinks, and is quarried right here in Central Vermont.
  Our slate is quarried from the Vermont Slate Belt which is one and a half miles wide and runs 30 miles from Vermont to New York State.
  Unlike imported slates, Mountain Plum? slate was created under “just right” natural conditions—coupled with a high silica content—to make it the most dense and durable in the world!
